Click to open the “about” window, where you’ll find things like DB-30 version number and all the credits so you can give a round of applause to those who deserve it.
Preset menu
This displays the currently selected preset name. An asterisk indicates that changes have been made to that preset. Click the preset name to open the Preset section (more on that in The Preset section chapter).
The dice
Click the dice to select a random preset.
Up/down arrows
Use these to go to the previous or next preset in alphabetical order.
Save
Click to save your current settings as a preset. A pop-up window will appear where you can name your new preset (click the dice to find a random name), and either save or cancel.
Magnitude
The slider that controls it all. Moving the Magnitude slider will scale the six big knobs and all the variable controls in the Master section. Note that it’s not a wet/dry control.

Here, we’ve tucked away some stuff you might find useful.
Activate Oversampling if you experience disturbing aliasing in the sound. Aliasing is an artifact that may be introduced by certain types of digital signal processing, such as that performed by DB-30. Oversampling reduces aliasing, at the cost of requiring more processing power from your computer. In most cases, the difference is subtle, but we suggest you compare the sound with oversampling on and off and make your decision based on what you hear.
Select Initialize DB-30 Drum Butter to reset all settings and clear the slate.
Select UI Scaling & Settings to open a window where you can set the interface size, enable or disable OpenGL hardware acceleration, and opt out of collecting usage information.
