If you’ve registered your product but it doesn’t appear in the XLN Online Installer it’s possible that you have created more than one XLN account and you’re logged in to the XLN Online Installer with one account and have registered the license to a different account.
If you don’t have any full licenses in the account you’re currently logged in to the XLN Online Installer with you can click on your name/the person icon in the top right corner and select “Log out from the Online Installer”. Then log back in with the other account that holds your license.
If you have full licenses in both accounts please contact the XLN support team and we can assist you with merging your accounts into one.
