Noise adds the hiss, crackle and hum of old media and gear, without changing your sound.
Type Choose from 33 types: vinyl, tape, VHS, hum, radio, crowds, nature, dial-up and endlessly rising or falling tones. Click the name for the full list, or use the arrows.
Tone A tilt control for the noise: clockwise gives more highs and fewer lows, and counterclockwise the opposite.
Pre/Post Blends between noise added before the modules (Pre), which gets processed and echoed along with your sound, and noise added at the end (Post), which stays clean.
Follow Makes the noise follow the level of your sound. A few percent gives smooth noise tails and fade-outs.
Duck The opposite of Follow: your sound pushes the noise down, and it is let loose when it’s not there.
Cut Filters the noise only, so you can trim its rumble and hiss without touching your sound.
Flux Makes the noise level and tone fluctuate.
Big Knob The noise level.
