I used Apple ID to log into my existing XLN Audio account and my licenses are missing
If you have previously created an XLN Audio account using your real email address, your licenses are associated with that email address. If you have chosen to log in using “Hide My Email”, we are unable to identify your existing account since your real email address is obscured by Apple.
To log in using your real email address you need to to update your Apple ID settings as described above. Once your Apple ID settings are updated, you can log in using your real email address by selecting "Show My Email" the next time you log in with Apple ID.
