This error message indicates that there is either XLN Audio software running or that you have an application running that could end up utilizing audio plugins, like a DAW or audio host. This could be a background process so make sure you check the task manager/activity manager on your computer.
Try restarting your computer and then relaunch the XLN Online Installer first thing and see if that helps.
